Natural Ways to Prevent Hair Fall

There are so many different options out there that claim to help stimulate hair growth. It’s impossible to not notice the many different chemical shampoos and conditioners that “help” with hair growth.  It’s true, some do actually help. But the damage they can cause is far greater than the benefits. Chemical products contain toxins that can have very harsh reactions on your skin, and some have even been linked to cancer. So, why would you ever go for unhealthy chemical options when you can go for something natural that’s actually good for you?

Here are just a few tips to help stimulate hair growth, the natural way:

1. Shampoos with natural ingredients: Understand what shampoo reacts best to your hair, and this process may take quite a bit of trial and error, but it’s well worth the effort. Also, how you wash your hair depends on your scalp, such as, if you have oily locks – not washing them for three weeks can lead to hair fall.
